Since we launched our company in 2014, many things have changed, in the way we run our operations to the way we employ our staff and to the way we do our cold calling and finding the right prospects for our clients.
When we first opened our company we were a fully operational 23 seater telemarketing call center where we had a large admin team and did constant recruitment to find the right agents for Cold Calling. "It takes a certain personality for this role" and we were constantly looking for those cold calling personalities.
In 2008 we looked at how we could better our solution to our customers and lead generation services and how we could find the perfect candidates for our cold calling and clients campaigns it was then decided to embark on moving to a virtual telemarketing call center set up where we could set up home offices for our consultants to be able to have a quiet and non-disruptive environment to conduct cold calls and set up meetings that generated the rights leads for our clients.
We have over 15 consultants working from various regions across the country of which we are able to monitor call quality and performance through our various remote monitoring tools to ensure our professionalism and quality are met with every call.
We have not looked back.....
